London Designer Outlet is an integral part of Quintain’s mixed-use Wembley City scheme, one of the UK’s largest and most iconic regeneration projects. The Wembley City scheme is designed over 87 acres of land surrounding Wembley Stadium and includes Wembley Arena at its heart, creating a landmark mixed-use project that includes homes, student accommodation, offices and commercial space, a luxury Hilton hotel, an apart-hotel, retail parks and a new Civic Centre for Brent Borough Council and the London Designer Outlet.
An estimated 7,000 jobs and 4,200 homes are being created as a result of the development, and work on site is well underway.
The Western Core, centred around the London Designer Outlet and Wembley Arena, will be complete in 2013.
